Boat and Tractor

This was a lot of fun to draw.
And brought back memories!
My dad bought a sailboat when I was about 5 or 6 years old. And it was about that time that my brother and I stayed with some family friends while our folks were away for the weekend. That was the weekend we learned to drive a tractor!
So in that one year I drove a tractor and skippered a sailboat. Not bad for being 5 or 6. 😃
Years later, while taking my family on a cross county trip to see relatives, we stopped in Wyoming. We noticed they were launching and retrieving boats out of the River Plat with tractors. So it isn’t just in Cley Beach in North Northfork that we humans do this.
Thanks for the photo and the challenge @doug_jackson_artwork !
